  Rachel is an friendly and helpful barrista. So is most of the staff.
  Unfortunately there is an exceptionally rude barista working there that constantly hits on customers. Unacceptable.

  I go to this Starbucks a few times a week and the drinks are always great. Most of the staff is friendly as well. However there is one older woman who works there that is extremely grouchy every time I go in. Recently I visited because my bank statement showed I was charged twice after tapping my debit card at this location.. When I went in and politely showed this woman (who I think is some sort of manager) and asked if there was anything she could do she just stared at me and then said "well that's not our problem. We didn't overcharge you. Take it up with your bank." She was rude and abrasive and didn't care whatsoever. The situation was fixed with my bank but I still feel like she could have been a lot more understanding in telling me how to resolve this issue. Bad customer service!

  Thanks to the barista who helped me decide on a beverage just the other day. I asked many questions and he also did which resulted in an almost perfect drink for my taste buds. I will call him Aladdin because his final question was "do you Trust me" which I did and it was a success. Thank you for helping this newbie out
