  Not sure why they call themselves a "fast" food restaurant because they are definitely not fast. 15 minutes for a happy meal and a 2 can dine?? What kind of service is this?
  
  Also I ordered a Caesar salad and only did I find out after I left the "restaurant" that they didn't even include any bacon or croutons.

  Usually service is pretty good. However when it gets to the weekend nights when everyone is coming back from the bars, the employees get a little grumpy. You can't really blame them. When I am there, the tables are not always clean. One time my coupon did not work, and I was blamed for the systems mistake and was told I was holding up the line. This was one of the rare cases.

  Current experience:
  They can not seem to get the orders right half the time. How do you screw up fast food? What monkeys do they hire to do the work there?
  This place is sliding out the tracks...

  That said when I order a "hole wheat" mcmuffin, half the time is a white muffin. The other times I have to pull at the waiting parking spot and wait some more, why is it so hard to supply whole wheat products.
  
  Now I do not even bother to order anything "whole wheat", because I would have to wait and extra 5 minutes or they do not get it right anyway. Come on! Is this how you try to push healthier choices, by making it hard or impossible to get. It is like you guys do not want us to be healthier. This sucks, we want healthier choices not just gimmicks.
