  Last Saturday was the first time I ever walked in to a Kelsey's restaurant and if it wasn't for the Hostess running the front door I would have walked straight out. My husband and I came in to Kelsey's around 7:00 on Saturday just to here screaming kids all around the restaurant. When we asked the hostess (young brunette lady) she informed us that they had two kids parties in at one time. She assured us that a wait for a table should not be to long and she will try to get us in the quietest place possible so we could enjoy are night out. She offered us a menu to look at while we waited and after 20 minutes (which is what the host estimated) She sat us in a nice comfortable area away from the kids like she promised. Not only that, we ended up seeing her more then we saw our server. Are food was brought to us by her, our refills and she checked up on us throughout the night to make sure everything is okay. Thank you to this lovely lady who made our night so special that I just had to post a review about you. Keep on doing what your doing girl because you are quite fantastic at it.

  I had the fried chicken breast--was the size of a deck of cards. It was funny, because when it was served, I asked our server where the rest of the chicken was, and he didn't understand I was actually complaining. My mother had chicken parm...burnt on the bottom, and only about a 1/4 cup of sauce on the pasta. We thought about sending both plates back, but we know better then that. We had to return to work, so we just ate it. She didn't like it, and I was still hungry after my two mouthfuls of chicken, so I ate the rest. Not very good at all. . Server finally came by when we were done and asked how everything was. We told him the chicken part was burnt and not very good. His only comment was "But you ate all of it". ...Yep we did, and he charged us the full price (with no apology). Would not recommend to anyone.
