  Terribly slow service. Advertise new Blizzards and after waiting 20 minutes in drove thru, to find out they don't have it. Oreo Blizzard I did end up getting could have been called vanilla ice cream. Tons of staff inside standing around looking lost. Zero hairnets. Consider going elsewhere

  June 04,2017, Worst customer service I've ever seen. Employees unable to complete simple tasks to deliver what customer requested. EVEN when the order was completed for a second time. Thanks for ruining a birthday cake with simple instructions of three small words that were printed clear, big and bold but your to stupid to take the time to follow that x2. For that reason you are gettin 0/5 stars. Not to mention the employees are lost and unprofessional.

  Service is poor at best, from impatient staff, to horrible wait times. The food would have been considered good if it was actually spicy & they didn't put a forth of a tomato in the burger, like literally a forth of a tomato, come on guys is cutting slices that difficult?
