I ordered online so that it would be quicker. It seems like delivery is the only way to get your pizza in a orderly fashion. Waiting for a simple extra cheese pizza took an hour! Waited in store and watched pizza guys leave and come back twice and I was STILL waiting for my order. I looked on the in store tracking bored and it would say that my order is ready, I go to the counter were I'm told that it isn't accurate. It wasn't ready. I look on the online tracker and it said it was picked up even when I went to the counter it STILL wasn't ready. I look around the store, worker were moving slow talking and no one was wearing a hair net, not one person. I went to the counter to ask what the issue was, why is it guaranteed to have your pizza in 30 minutes or its free for delivery but waiting in store takes longer. I was told that was untrue by the cashier. When I finally got my pizza it was square cut, something I didn't ask for, at this point I was starving and just wanted to eat. I don't understand why this happened, I have been to other locations and have never had this problem. I should have been offered my pizza for free for the inconvenience, but no one seemed to care. There was no sense of urgency or customer service. I will never go to this location again even though it is 5 minutes away, I will gladly drive an extra 15 minutes just to get the service I deserve. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Wrong phone number on Google make sure you ask what one it is. The other one wouldn't deliver to me after I realized I was at the wrong domino's either. They're 10 minutes from each other...

Service was terrible. Stood there for 5 minutes until someone even realized I was there even though it was dead. Forgot toppings on my pizza and was out of multiple different dipping sauce flavours.

Really great place to take the family out after a game or just for a night to not have to cook. That is how some families usually end up! Personally not my favourite, however majority rules over all. Esp, in a group of individuals who are all voting on which Pizza Est. they would like to go to - On my end, that is how we handle the mundane situations like take-out or dining-in, what movie / television show we will watch, if we are all around the same television all at the same time, after homework, some light chores (they must learn early about money, savings, as well as setting a side monies for items that they would like, of course the essential items are $$ buy us, the parents, but yet still with their choices heavily involved in l aspects of what they like style wise), even if Tuesday is board game night, the choice of game can easily be decided. Then still on top of all these decisions that are involving (your) children, it definatley does not stop there, the up and coming weekend outing can and is usually decided this way as well ... Giving your children the choice to choose along with their parents, (even if a patent or another child does not like the majority rules all decision, everyone knows that the decisions are not about to stop, and even if not wanting the decided choice that was up-voted, there is always next weekend and many decisions where the parents of the household will include the their children in between, plus the choice that a cooks really wanted to do can and usually will end up on the main calendar that hangs on the fridge. Along with the ones they have hanging own on their bedroom walls .... so whenever a choice where you and your spouse can involve the kids, and the list is nearly endless, involve them. They will grow up respecting yourselves, elders, a d their siblings. Thus saving issues such as squabbles and tantrums from entering your home. And that is a for sure a good thing.

Quality is unreliable: sometimes great, sometimes not. Sometimes we don't get the toppings we ordered. Staff are friendly but often distracted or inattentive, and will often leave a person standing at the counter waiting for a pizza that is waiting on a shelf. Found that prices in store were a dollar more than the flyer said. But we'll probably keep coming back because they are close to us. Such is life.
(In answer to the person who said "They're only open a month, how come there are old reviews on here": this Domino's moved to this location recently; it was previously at Dundas & First Street. So when it moved I guess the reviews came with it.)
