  Apparently the delivery drivers don't understand how to navigate London. We ordered and after an hour checked the tracker to see that the driver had marked our order as delivered, which it very clearly wasn't.
  
  When we called it we were told that the driver couldn't get to our location due to one closed road for a parade. They offered a free pizza on the next order and sent him back out.
  
  After another half an hour the driver calls to let us know he WENT THE SAME WAY AS BEFORE and couldn't get passed the blocked road. When asked why he didn't take a different route he didn't give an answer beyond "I already went this way."
  
  We cancelled our order. What a joke. Worst service in the city, especially when there's so many other pizza franchises out there.

  Extremely frustrated with never getting my dipping sauces!! Over 15 dollars worth now!! You call to complain and they act like you are crazy because it is just a dipping sauce!! OVER IT!!! Horrible service! Your driver just shoved the money in his pocket without asking about change and again no dipping sauce even with me putting it in the MEMO dipping sauces Please!!! No longer my go to cheat meal!!! Ordered June 17th, 2017 from Wharncliffe location! Horrible service even with customers reminding you!!

  We just ordered from this location it came in 20minutes and is absolutely INCREDIBLE!! we order the Tuesday 2 for 1 deal.. they loaded the pizza with cheese and toppings did not cheap out in any way! Order from here!! So delicious!!!

  Heating up some pizza and here is what I see ....open my oven to look and a big gross blonde hair is sticking outta the cheese of one of the pieces.... no blonde hair in my house. YUCK
