  The best part about this place is that you can have pretty much any topping on a veggie burger! That is a GODSEND for vegetarians. For meat-eaters you also get to choose from various burgers.
  
  I get the sexy burger on a veggie patty. It's consistently good. The sides are also surprisingly tasty (usually burger joints have crappy fries).
  
  My only complaint is the crazy wait times. They don't take reservations and the restaurant is small. Customers are usually waiting in a line out the door which can put you off if you're on the fence about where to eat. Not everyone wants to wait 40 minutes to get a table.

  LOVE it here! The food is awesome and the staff are really well trained. You can't beat fried pickles spears as a side dish and the peanut butter chocolate milkshakes are so good.

  Wait staff was friendly, and helpful. Everyone is patient if it's your first time, since ordering can be a little overwhelming. Huge selection and variety on the menu. You're going to get a great burger! I personally think it's a little overpriced. I don't think of sweet potato fries, onion rings, or Caesar salad should be considered an "upgrade." They all cost a few dollars more than a garden salad, or french fries. And then to add a 15-20% tip on top of the upgrade costs... it's a little too much.

  Amazing burgers and options. Staff was great and helpful. Case and point while i had my mouth stuffed with the giant burger is not the time the staff came to talk to me, which was pretty much the whole time, yet they still checked up on us regularly.

  This place is amazing! If you are looking for a gourmet burger this is the place to go. The beef in the burgers tastes amazing and there are so many types of burgers to choose from. It is a bit pricey but it is worth it. For the downtown London Ontario location expect a long wait for dinner when the London Knights are playing on Friday's and Saturda's.
