  Was similar to other Williams' I've been to. The service was quick and the staff were very kind and attentive.
  
  What I didn't like were the washrooms downstairs. The path down there looked like a horror movie and the guy's washroom was on par for something I'd find in rural Vietnam.
  
  Also, careful around 11 p.m. There must be a high school nearby so a bunch of teenagers come in and can be quite loud.
  
  That's not a negative but if you're having a important business meeting, it'd be nice to know that beforehand.

  William's Downtown is one of the most infamous place to meet-up in the downtown area. If you even just say "William's" it's so recognizable. Lots of high school/university students tend to study here because of the great ambiance that the booths provide. It's so casual that you can talk without having to worry about people around you. Great little cafe with variety of food & drink options that are available. While the service may not be the most prompt, I've generally found everything to be well made, and in good quality. During the warmer months, the outdoor seats are available; offers great view of the Richmond Row, and the Victoria Park. Everything is within walking distance, so whether you're coming to William's or going from William's, it's all very closely available. Recommended.

  Tried to order Williams on Just Eat. There was no rice available in the entire restaurant, so I had to choose a different meal, when I had already been charged. My options were less expensive meals than the one I had already paid for. The staff didn't know what I was allowed and not allowed to order. The order then took over one hour to arrive. After all of this hassle, they forgot my side, so I was charged $15 for a Caesar wrap, that normally costs $7 and includes a side, which I did not receive. Safe to say I will never be going back.

  This was my first visit to the Williams Fresh Cafe. It was a pleasant experience. The staff was quick and friendly. I ordered brownie sundae and medium cappuccino, the taste of the sundae was good but the cappuccino was OK. Overall it has nice and clean sitting and pleasant ambiance. I would like to visit again sometime soon.
