  Went there, wanted to order shish tawook and that rude seller lied that they didn't have shish tawook even though I saw the prepared sticks in their fridge. He wanted to forcefully sell us another kind. I am disgusted by how he treated us. I mean why are you not willing to sell the food I want? Never gonna buy anything from this horrible place.

  Absolutely repulsed by the crappy service. Seriously, I was quite literally the only one in line, and the guy says, "yes?" while looking directly to his left. I had no idea he was even talking to me. He's just staring directly to his left into outer space and waiting for me to answer. Can you look at your customers when you talk to them? It's called respect. If you don't know how to deal with customers, then get a job where you're not exposed to people, ok? And then they forget to give us our salad and when I ask the cash register lady about it, she gets impatient with me! Who hires these people and what kinds of standards do they have for service?! Then they give us a salad that was definitely old. Absolutely no way it was made that day. Couldn't take another bite and threw it in the trash. I will NEVER buy from Villa Medina ever again.

  Do yourself a favour and avoid this place at all costs. Food and service is horrendous. You're pretty much guaranteed to get food poisoning if you eat the food (not exaggerating).

  I go here for lunch whenever I go to Whiteoaks. I always order the chicken shawarna plate and they give you really generous servings. I usually get extra yellow rice instead of having the side of salad and they have no problem doing that for me which is great because I love their rice. Their chicken is really tasty and as long as you're polite and use your manners they tend to give you extra

  The food is not very good. Void of flavor and authenticity. Most of the prepared meats are also overcooked.
