  Restaurant needs a makeover. Everything feels old and worn out. Chairs are extremely noisy when staff and customers drag them across the floor. STOP DOING THAT!!!!!
  Staff is average to good with a few that have really good customer service skills.

  sadly the people at tim hortons are too stupid to open an express line, so i never go. force to stand behind or drive thru behind people who spend $20, and all i want is a coffee for work...plus they hire muslim scum, so i boycott the "canadian" company (founded my brazil, owned by americans)

  Awesome coffee, donuts, and staff. When all is added up it makes for a wondrous experience that all Canadians can truly be proud of. Too say that this chain of coffee stores was built up in Canada and only after 20+ years did they then decide to take the store on the road, south of the border was their first invasion and it made a big splash ... it competed heavily with Crispy Cream and held its own, and still is. In some areas Tim Hortons has forced the clasped of some Crispy Cream Establishments ... I am pretty sure that more countries now have locations in them ... now they too have the enjoyment of Tim Hortons in at least some areas and communities in these other areas of the world.

  They are ok.. Finding there service has really gone down hill. They mix up what you order all the time. I dislike the new partition that where you can not see where they make their food. It was one of the things liked. Unfortunately l will probbely not eat there. As l like seeing my food being made.

  For the older employee I expected better service a smile maybe but at least to pay attention to my order..he clearly was distracted I over heard him asking the very next customer as well what was in the one coffee she ordered. All I ordered was coffee and a muffin. I tried to joke with him to lighten him up some.nope stone cold basically ignored me asked for next order without even telling me where to go to find mine!!
