  Best fast food pizza I've had in London. I just hope they are not using shortening in the dough. That would make it really unhealthy. These guys are busy and have little patience for slow people. My observations as I was waiting for my order. Don't expect any acknowledgment of their mistakes here. Good Luck lol

  Great pizza! I love it! My only negative is that while there seems like lot's of cheese being used, it doesn't have a heavy cheese taste. It's as if it's been mixed with something so as to appear plentiful.

  I used to LOVE this place. But it's happened twice now where an employee has HUNG UP on me. The first time it was without telling me the price of the order, which can be excused if it had been busy. But today.. I made an order, was told it would take an HOUR, then received a call about a family emergency and called them back within 10minutes to tell them to cancel the order. "Well it's already made" the employee said. "Well, I was told it would take an hour.. I have to cancel, I won't be there to answer the door". Employee seemed to ask for clarification, it's hard to tell as none of them seem to speak english almost AT ALL, so I repeated myself, and the employee hung up without saying anything further. Jeeze. SORRY for not being able to give you my money when emergencies happen, but you don't have to be rude about it. Soprano's has developed a BAD reputation in recent months, and for GOOD reason. The employees do NOT care about you, or their product *the used condom story immediately jumped to mind*. They want money and screw you if you can't or don't want to pony up, and their prices like to jump all over the board depending on who answers the phone and how knowledgable they are about prices and policies; while the quality continues to go downhill. Don't order here if you value your coin.

  I've lived in the neighbourhood for almost 5 years. Ive always been a fan and i still continue to buy it, but i will say that it's mediocre pizza. They could really ease up on the cheese and the sauce. "Light cheese" is MORE than enough.
  Definitely worth a shot to try it out but I ONLY get it because it's cheap (walk in special: 8$ one topping pizza if you pick it up - 2$ for every extra topping). And it will last you days for sure. Dinner, lunch the next day and probably dinner again.
  Guys are friendly but the one owner guy is a bit crusty
