  Absolutely disgusted with the service here.
  Ordered 3 pizzas, basic toppings and the order came to $51 +tax, they got 1 of the three pizzas wrong after we waited over an HOUR. They refused to give us money back, told us the Manager isn't answering the phone and that we'd have to wait for the pizza to be remade, meanwhile our correct pizzas are getting cold.
  
  Someone who had been waiting half an hour before we even arrived left 45 minutes later with the wrong order as well, and was given a free small pizza, and garlic bread because they didn't want to have to make him another pizza.
  
  Not to mention, four people who had also been waiting up and left without even being serviced or asked their order.
  
  A woman who had ordered 4 mediums and came to pick them up was told there was a mix-up, they'd been thrown out and she'd have to wait until they had time to make another set. She left to go to Wendy's instead.
  
  This all occurred in an hour and 20 minutes, with 7 employees working. One of them was clearly new and knew how to fry the chicken wings, but not how to pour them from the frying tray into a bowl with the proper sauce...

  It was a long Sunday at work so I decided to just go there and order because I like their pizza. But I got disappointed with the service, is it because I am Asian with dark skin? Our order was taken by Paige and she's not friendly at all. After she gave us our order, saying.."there u go" and me and my son even said "THANK YOU"! not even a word or a smile and she just turned her back on us. What kind of costumer service is that? Not happy at all

  When you offer a free pizza you must aware customer about terms and conditions. Offers are always written in big size while terms and conditions in invisible size.

  We ordered 2 pizzas on April 29th, for visiting family. We ordered two large and one was a pepperoni pizza with about 10 pepperoni on it, terrible and both pizzas were disgusting. I was embarrassed to have recommended we order from the Wonderland store. Never again!!
