  I called in and was put on hold for 5 min. I get it, sometimes things happen and you need a minute. But when the phone began to ring the store back, I'm assuming it's automated after a but of time, it rang out and hung up on me after another couple minutes. That's ridiculous and I'm extremely irritated. If you want your business to thrive then don't leave your customers hungry and dissatisfied.

  I prefer to make my orders over the phone for pickup and each time I have tried there has been no answer or I'm put on hold for long periods of time. I've never been able to order I always end up calling the Highbury and Huron location and driving out there. Will stop trying to order from this location.

  I've always prefered this location over the others.
  For delivery, I am in the Queens Ave zone and for pickup highbury/Huron is actually closer.
  I've ordered from all 3 locations over the past 8 years but only this one in the past 4... because their pizza is made better. Never burned and usually generous toppings (except for today oddly enough, the double cheese was lacking)
  I always get an answer when I call and if I'm put on hold it's never more than a minute or 2.
  The pizza has ALWAYS been ready by the time I get there to pick it up and I've never once dealt with a rude employee.
  I have very high expectations and don't splurge on eating out/fast food often and I've not had an issue here.
  I'm honestly surprised and kind of saddened by some of the other comments. I hope this location doesn't go downhill!

  We like to order pizza hut as a treat. Our order was missing 2L pop, dipping sauce was missing, our Hawaii pizza was lacking bacon/ham and toppings were sliding off, boneless chicken wings were cold as the were placed in plastic container instead of cardboard box and aluminium wrapping. Quality was terrible and will be taking business elsewhere. Also filled out online survey and requested someone get back to us. It's been a week and no call.

  I had an issue occur at another location and this was my go to location afterwards. Really nice staff and the pizza was great tonight! Slices were cut perfectly and it just tasted like classic Pizza Hut. I normally don't give reviews but two good experiences that could have gone in an opposite direction but didn't will have me going back.
