  My girlfriend and I went here on a Saturday night. Good music and crowd, makes for a stimulating experience. They don't do reservations on fri/sat so we had to wait 45 minutes for a table. Food and service was great, my steak was amazing. Overall awesome experience, only 4 stars for the 45min wait. Would recommend to anyone.

  My boyfriend and I went to the Keg Masonville on a Saturday night at around 8:30. We really enjoyed the lively atmosphere, the fancy decor and the well-dressed crowd. We did have to wait 45 minutes to be seated, but we were able to spend that time at the bar. The food and the staff were great; worth every penny! We would definitely return and would recommend to anyone.

  Absolutely exceptional. As a long time patron of the Keg downtown I was excited when I learned that the Keg was moving closer to my home in Masonville and they certainly didn't disappoint. The food and service was absolutely fantastic. Above all that I accidentally dropped $120 while leaving our table and was chased down by a server to return it to me as we left. Awesome food, friendly attentive staff and a convenient North London location. Absolutely awesome and everything I have come to expect from the Keg. Please pass along my thanks again to the staff for the exceptional service!

  I was a little disappointed that they moved from the downtown location as it was a beautiful building with history and character but the new place is also big and beautiful. The food was phenomenal as always, perfectly done with friendly service. I did feel a bit rushed however as the server asked to take away the appetizer plates literally as soon as I put the last bite in my mouth and brought us the bill and machine while we were in the middle of dessert. Other than that it was a great experience with delicious food.

  I had an exceptional experience at the new Keg location in Masonville mall in London. I visited The Keg last night for the first time in the new location for an anniversary dinner with my fiance, and we were greeted with great hospitality. What stood out the most was the customer service and positive attitude of our server, Meghan. After learning that my steak had come out slightly overcooked (medium well instead of medium) and was chewy, she instantly took it away and apologized and handled the situation like an expert. Within no time the manager was at our table apologizing for the situation, comping my meal and a round of drinks, and ensuring me my next steak would be out shortly. Sure enough the kitchen did a much better job on my next steak and it was fabulous. In the end, they even brought us over a dessert on the house to celebrate our anniversary. Both Meghan and the manager on duty were so professional, quick to fix the error, and extremely hospitable. I would recommend this Keg to others and hopefully you get the pleasure of having Meghan as your server! It's easy for a restaurant to make a simple mistake like overcooking a steak, but it's really about what they do about the mistake that makes or breaks the experience. The Keg and Meghan turned what could have been a bad experience into an exceptional one that I am now writing about!
