  The new young male manager is a real hard-ass and won't even put a decent amount of gravy on the poutine and attempts to CHARGE for extra gravy! I have been coming here for over 16 years and NEVER once been charged for extra gravy. Another employee that has been working there for years longer than the manager had to step in and take the poutine to put the gravy on it so it had enough to even melt the cheese. The rest of the employees do their job fine but if he is working cash you can expect to pay extra for everything possible. Want pickles on the side? He might charge you for extra garnish.
  If he treats you the same as he did me I suggest asking for his District Managers contact and report him.
  
  (Update) After contacting head office, I received a call from the REAL manager of the store and it turned out that he was just a shift leader and was trying to pose as the manager to avoid getting in trouble. I guess that plan backfired on him. The manager apologized and trained the staff to not charge people for extra gravy on the poutine.

  I've never had this happen before. I ordered a veggie burger and when it was time for them to add the condiments, the server asked if I would like him to change his gloves. I had never thought of that before and being sensitive to meat I appreciated his offer. I hope that other people who serve off veggie burgers do the same!

  First time here and drawn in by an ad comparing it to Five Guys. The only real similarities are that you can build your own toppings. The burger meat was definitely frozen patties delivered in 50lb boxes. Overall not a let down, but had they just put a bit of effort in to have fresh beef patties this would have been a 5-star stop.

  Food is basically good, and the place is fairly clean, but the staff are not friendly and they slap your burger together making it sloppy and falls apart. Twice they messed up my order on the drive-thru. This crappy service happened on more than one occasion. With all the other fast food options in this area, they should offer competitive service and products, but sadly they don't. I won't be go there again, and I would not recommend them
