  Took 10 minutes before a hostess realized we were there. Once seated, the server who "took care" of us had a hard time remember what we needed. It was almost 40 minutes after being seated before we received what we ordered. When I mentioned to the server that I had no cutlery, it took another 10 minutes before she came back with a fork. Very disappointed in this establishment. Won't be returning.

  Honked horn and had to wait 15 min before being acknowledged. (restaurant was basically empty...). Once acknowledged, we were told that the table needed to cleaned (another 5 min wait). Once seated no one offered to take our order or even take our drink request (at least 5 different 'servers' walked by our table). Horrible, horrible place

  We were there today for lunch, atmosphere was good...food was wonderful and the waitress we has named Gabriella was absolutely amazing!

  A local group I am part of used this as the venue a couple of times. The staff was respectful and coordinated, they kept our orders straight and at the end of the night they still had a smile on. The food was cooked to specifications and was a good portion size. While the food can be considered 'standard' it's really expected as this is a chain restaurant. The washrooms were clean but not strictly spotless. Would go here any time.

  Twice I've been there and haven't been acknowledged. Waited for who knows how long before someone finally came out from the back who told us someone will be out to seat us. Waited another 5-10 minutes. When we were finally seated, it took forever to bring our drinks. The place wasn't very busy and the server had maybe 5 tables max (including me and my guest) We put in our food order and had to wait a VERY long time for it to come out. Server walked by and said it was almost ready to come out. When the food came out like fifteen minutes after, it wasn't even warm. It had been sitting for quite some time. The plate was hot but the food was cold.
  
  It was someone else who brought out the food and we mentioned how long it took and proceeded to try the food. When we mentioned how it wasn't fresh (cold) he just kept denying and saying that it just came out. Obviously it hasn't since the waitress told us previously that it was just about ready and never came back. We decided to just go home to eat and offered to pay for the soup and bread that we ate to be fair (as this was the only part of the meal done right) but the guy proceeded to say that he 'paid' for our meal and that we're good to go. No you didn't pay for the meal, you just comped it. I've worked in a restaurant before and no one ever had to pay for a meal that someone else had. Even for walk outs. But great attempt on trying to make us look/feel bad! Didn't work though.
  
  Overall horrible service, horrible food and does the place ever get cleaned? I swear there's cobwebs falling from the chandeliers.... If they neglect the dining area like that, I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. Definitely will not be back and will be making sure to spread the word to friends and family to stay away from there.
