  I googled places to take my mother for lunch...and The Early Bird came up. NOT a suitable place to take her for Mother's Day!!! I was very surprised by the "unique decor" as everyone called it and am certainly glad it was my mother I had with me and not my kids! The table we were at had stickers of topless figures, middle fingers, lewd images, etc. I was embarrassed that this was the place I had taken my mother. Then there was the food. Yes the portions are a good size, but that and the service were about the only two good things. Everything was greasy and it all carried a strange taste; we could only guess that it might be the meat smoking they do there that caused it. I couldn't even eat my meal! My stomach is still churning from the food and from the ruined Mother's Day lunch I had hoped to give her.

  To die for. Simplest way to put it. If you are ever passing through or visiting someone in London, you MUST swing by. Great size portions and the food just tastes amazing. 10000x better than iHop and Denny's (no joke).

  Checked out this gem today for breakfast and I was not disappointed! The staff were friendly and amazing! I don't think our cups were ever empty! The food was incredibly flavorful and decent size portions. I also cannot say enough about the decor and atmosphere!! It's like this place was made for me! It definitely has a retro diner with a modern twist feel to it. If I can give it 10 stars, I would! Definitely coming back!

  The Early Bird is one of the most unique casual dining experiences in downtown London. The food is always amazing, portions are huge and the prices are extremely fair. I've never had a bad experience. I only gave it a 4/5 because Rock Au Taco is no longer at the Early Bird, they were some of the best tacos I've had and miss them.

  Most delicious food the 3 of us have had in a while. I would recommend it to anyone who appreciates a hearty meal. Servings are huge and decor is uniquely awesome
