  Entire staff is incompetent and will screw up your order 50% of the time. Results in a lot of free food though if you have the patience.

  This store is alright. I have ordered via Online form and had it saved for a future hour, and decided to go there when it was time. Unfortunately, they didn't get started on it yet, but upon notice, they got on it right away. While I had to wait a few minutes, they were very prompt and professional in their means of service. Overall, I was able to get my food made properly, and enjoyed it. Perhaps when you order for "Right-Away" rather than "In the Near-Future" option, they'll be more reliable.
