  Newly renovated rooms are great. Pool was lovely and the staff are top notch. The buffet could've been better for the cost. Beautiful establishment with lots of history.

  lovely hotel, nice swimming area (though i was the only person in there at the time, which probably made it so nice for me) and fantastic rooms. I had a corner unit and the size and decor of the room was very good. The only negative part was the desk clerk at check-in. She was a bit weird about my payment not going through on the first try. I've never had to pay for a hotel when i CHECK IN, always on the way out so I felt a bit like she was doubting my ability to pay for the room and ran my card for the full amount upon arrival PLUS deposit. I wanted to pay in cash upon my departure so it was an inconvenience for sure. She also told me the nearest gas station was at least a 15 minute drive away (i was on fumes) but I did a quick google search and found one around the corner. A bit unpleasant but the rest of the stay was great!

  Really nice hotel. They keep the castle theme going inside. The room was clean and we were provided with everything we needed to stay the night. They have a pool and breakfast in the morning as well as room service. There are plenty of restaurants/bars near by. Staff was very nice but be careful when you make a reservation as ours was booked incorrectly and we got charged for a no show fee and a extra night.

  I've stayed at this hotel a number of times when I've been in town on business. The location is great.. A short walk from the train station and close to where my meetings are. The hotel is lovely, nicely decorated. The bar has very good food and service. The rooms are large and have everything you need. I especially like that they all have mini fridges. I was upgraded to a suite last time I was there and it was fantastic. The service was good... Front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

  I am loving this place.
  The rooms are very clean.
  Very nice place. Freshly renovated.
  Friendly staff.
  If you are coming to London this is definitely the place to stay.
  Right in the heart of downtown and close to everything.
  Fantastic service, they made me feel I am at home.
  The self serve parking is across the street but is really inexpensive and once you pay you can go in and out as many times as you want.
  Highly recommend!
