  OK I'll keep it short and simple.
  
  Amazing fresh ingredients = delicious, clean and healthy meal. (Grilled meat right behind counter)
  
  Friendly service (workers ensured you knew what was extra, managers checked up on us and asked if we needed anything while we ate)
  
  Clean and chill atmosphere.
  
  For people complaining about the guacamole being extra; their guacamole is made fresh with fresh avocados every morning. It actually taste amazing, especially with their fresh chips. Qdoba and other chains I believe offer free guacamole because it comes in bags. Just an FYI why they charge for guacamole.
  
  OK maybe not too short and simple but my honest review.
  
  One more thing, some of the employees there are brand new workers (never been employed before) I'm glad they gave those an opportunity to build a resume and experience. So be patient with them.

  Went to this location with a Buy-one-Get-one-free coupon, and bought two burritos. Paid the extra to get guacamole on both of them. Guacamole was very underwhelming and added almost nothing to the flavour. After the coupon, with two burritos and two drinks, the total was 15 dollars. For the money I could have had two much better burritos from different restaurants in London. Pricey and not very impressive food. That being said, there was a decent amount of food.

  The food was good but the staff really needs better training. It's only opened recently, so hopefully they will improve. The staff seem to lack confidence in their knowledge of their product. They were also quite hard to hear even though the restaurant wasn't particularly busy or noisy. Certainly not up to the standard of Chipotle that I've had in the United States.

  Love their food! And the customer service is great; the staff are always friendly and smiling. I really like that you can see them cutting and grilling real food in the kitchen and it's so clean. Definitely some of the tastiest, freshest fast food available.
