  Service was less than friendly, everyone looked miserable to be there. My burger was cold, probably because I had to wait for fries to cook, and, the men's washroom was disgusting.

  The kitchen was filthy, the restaurant area had one table that was clean, with garbage on the floor. The men's washroom was disgusting (no I didn't go in, but my husband did) and nobody seemed to care. We will never go there again!

  Service extremely slow took us 5 plus minutes to get served and another 15 minutes to get my food. Would have been quicker for a sit down meal.

  I have always loved Burger King food. I think is the best fast food chain ever. However, the service in this one is very bad. A customer service training is required urgently to all the personnel. On top of everything the stablishment and the wahrooms were filthy...

  Horrible service, cashier had no clue what he was doing. Took forever to get our food and it was barely warm.
