  If I can give 0 star. I would do it. I ordered pork chop with egg fried. Smell n tasted of pork chop BAD !!! After 1 bite I asked my husband to try He had to spit out. So we informed staff to return but they did not. They confirmed to charge us. So I asked them to throw away that pork chop. I had to eat only egg fried with rice @ price about $14. Poor service mind. BAD STAFFS. NO MANNER. After we paid they did never ever say thank you. And I gave no tip. Came back home from London to Toronto. Smell still stack in my mounth. Dont go this branch. I ate in down town London taste good

  Really disappointed with our last order. Called in our order and sent my bro-in-law to pick it up. (He's awesome like that.) He was given the wrong order, which we discovered when we opened the bag at home. Called the restaurant. Turns out that there were 2 orders under the same name. Ok, whatever. I expected that the restaurant would deliver the correct order to remedy this mishap. I WAS MISTAKEN. The lady on the phone proceeded to ARGUE VERY LOUDLY with me on phone, told me that it was not her fault because she checked over the order with him before he left. She told me to just come back and pick up the correct order because "that is the easiest thing to do." Um, for you maybe! There was a $3 difference between our order and the other guy's in our favour- she suggested she have the order delivered to us and we pay the difference in the bill AND the delivery fee! She reminded me multiple times that this was not her fault. In the end, our correct order was delivered-super cold- and I paid the delivery fee...AND she demanded that I return the other order. Like, what are you going to do with that cold-ass food? Sell it again? Gross. Will not go back. It's a shame because I really liked their food and have spent literally HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS THERE. No understanding of customer service. Who argues like that with a loyal customer? Reading other reviews, it sounds like I'm not the only one who has experienced terrible service here. Stay away!

  Extremely unprofessional customer service.
  I got the wrong drink, and when I requested to change it they refused. Also the server didn't know much about the food they were serving
  Food quality wasn't that good either
  Will not recommend it at all
