  I just want to say, that your restaurant's quality of food is just okay. There is nothing incredible about it. It's average. Not bad, not good.
  But what I really want to say is that your attitude - as business owner - is horrible. When someone critiques your restaurant, you, as a business owner, should not reply in such a demeaning and pompous way. You are not perfect. Your restaurant is not perfect in any means. You should treat customers who enjoyed your food AND was not completely satisfied with your food with the same attitude and service.
  
  You will never progress successfully if you are rude and do not take critique. I know plenty of people that were unsatisfied with your service as a owner and a manager.
  
  Change your attitude.

  Honestly the food is good, especially the Chinese style BBQ. Good seasoning, fresh and tasty.
  
  But the problem is they overcharged by mistake easily, and this not only happened to me but my friends.
  
  Maybe they need a better billing system, no one likes to double check their bills everytime.

  This is a place I frequently went to last year, but ever since the beginning of this year their food quality decreased significantly. The most recent time when we went there to have all-you-can-eat hot pot, the fish they served was not fresh at all and the dipping source(majiang) was added way too much water beforehand so that there was really no flavor. Going forward, we will have to explore some other options. Good thing is that there are a few new hot pot resturants opened in London area this year, so more to expect!
