  Went for my first visit and my overall impression is that the menu was basic but the flavour was on par and ingredients were fresh but no offer to grill my burrito so it was cold which was disappointing. My biggest issue was with the male employee with a ponytail who was hanging out behind the front counter in the middle of the kitchen, looked to be on a break chatting with a co-worker and eating food for a solid 10 minutes, call me old school but i find that unappealing and unprofessional.

  Very disappointed with my meal from the restaurant. There were very limited ingredients, options, and menu items. I was not pleased to pay $10.25 for one size burrito that was poorly put together. The staff were ok but the manager was brutal. This place is very overrated similar to the Target launch into Canada. In London there are way better options for Mexican cuisine that serve better food, more options, and at a reasonable price. I will probably not come here again as my food was cold and I can easily get better food at either Mucho Burrito or Burrito Boys.

  I have been to many Chipotle restaurants across the USA and Toronto. I enjoy being able to get the same experience and food at every one. This is not the case with the Masonville location. I got a salad bowl and the lettuce barely covered the bottom of the bowl. Very stingy on ingredients, no rice, and for the price of the guacamole I could have bought 3 avocados from the grocery store next door. Seating was limited. I prefer Burrito Boys and will not be back here any time soon.

  Went at a busy time so had a bit of a wait. Quality of the food was great. Price was reasonable. The only downside I found was limited seating.

  Great food, amazing employees!! It was my first time visiting Chipotle and one employee, Rosa, was very helpful with helping me decide what to eat and her suggestions were perfect! Very nice lady! Will definitely be coming back more often!
