  My experience at this resturant was horrible. First off I was diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome 20 years ago. Entered the store and really need to go to the washroom first an noticed there is a door code so I turned to the back room where there was an employee then asked for the code.. She answered have you bought anything. And I answered no I need to go to the washroom really bad. And my approach is that of a middle class citizen and was dress in casual wear. I turned an walked out ran to my truck an went elsewhere for dinner. How embarrassing an also noted there parking lot was empty whilst the rest of the other restaurants and business had full lots . I have contacted there store supervisor and gotten no rezponce

  Went threw the drive thur and i sat at the screen for 15 min and i would of left if i was in line with cars in front and i back .

  We have dined at this restaurant time to time, it's not that special or clean, today I was at the plaza and needed a washroom, being as I've spent money at this particular A&W I thought I would use theirs, however I found it was locked... I believe this restaurant is poorly taken care of and the owner is so cheap they're concerned with the cost of a few people who haven't spent money that day using their washroom
