  I frequent this Tim Hortons' when ever I visit my doctor (just down the street. ) The quality is consistent and the staff is always pleasant and competent. As to the atmosphere, well, it's a Timmy's! Always clean, but busy at peak hours. Parking is in a shopping center and there is easy access in and out with lights to get you with that left turn onto Springbank Ave.

  Every day dont matter where the drive thru takes forever. THE FOOD NEEDS TO STOP ITS A COFFE SHOP NOT A FAST FOOD RESTAURANT.food should not be served outta the window you lose customers because of that. We are stressed out waiting. Ethier make your shops bigger and have organized workers set to one thing or just stop serving dam food oitta the windows. . Make it only donuts and coffees. Not to mention every tim hortons has moved the garbage cans so you cant throw it out on the go. Instead you have to pull over in the parking lot and get out. The amount of coffee people like myself consume should have garbages with easy drive thru access. To get rid of the 1000 timmya cups in our vehicles. Its a liquid drug making endless money. Step your game up.

  After giving my order 3 times, I still received the Wrong Order. Tried to call to inform the Manager........No Answer!
  Called Twice......No Answer!
  Thoroughly Frustrated!
  Went through Drive Thru at 4:40 pm Sunday Afternoon
