  Visited on a Sunday afternoon. Got tired of waiting in drive through so did a walk in. No luck here either.....4 persons at drive through of which one employee looked lost. Another fiddling with the coffee pots while another eventually came to wait on customer ahead of me. Seen 2 more employees that were dis-interested. After 4-5 minutes of waiting did an about face and walked out. Will never patronize this location....will pass this review to head office. Should not have given a 1 star.

  A large iced coffee with NO beverage base. Why is that so hard? Who mentions beverage base if they want it. Once again it was typed into the system yet once again I got home to find the milk I asked for was included AND beverage base. This isn't hard People.. omit the beverage base. And often when I ask if the coffee has no beverage base as it's being handed to me, I get a snarky response. One time one of the staff said "if that's what you asked for, that's how it was made". (It wasn't, by the way. It had the base in it).

  I work here and can honestly say out of all the tims and other food places ive worked this is the most clean, hygienic and professional place ever. Always making sure employees follow even the smallest standard such as timing pots or making sure food is fresh or making sure things are cleaned/washing hands...when things are slow or orders are wrong 9 times out of ten its from someone training but that teaches them for next time!
