  I went in with a $1.99 promotion coupon for a coffee and a bagel. The cashier took my order and announced, that will be $2.29. I told her that wasn't correct - if anything, all I should be charged for was the tax. She brought over an older staff person - she looked at the computer screen and was adamant that was the charge. Since there was only one cashier on duty, despite about eight to ten staff members, and there were now ten people waiting in line, I cancelled the order and walked out. I will likely not be frequenting this Tim Horton's again. And I've destroyed the remainder of the promotional coupons.

  Tim Hortons is good, but this location is quite slow. And sometimes they yell at each other in front of customers and get angry.. I see too many women working here and not enough men.. not impressed. If given the option I'll go somewhere else. But it's the closest location near me.

  I stopped in at this local Tinmy's while passing through the fair city of London and I can say that it ain't teabag for a smaller location. The ladies behind the counter weren't falling over each other trying to get orders filled like what you usually see at other locations, and my order was completed efficiently and was fit to to consume. The floors were a little dirty, but it was raining pretty much the whole day so I guess they did what they could. My only complaint was that the parking lot was a little small.
