  I go to Tehran every time my parents come to visit from Toronto and have been loving the food (platter for four). I keep recommending this place to my friends, Today when my room mate's family came down to London I suggested they go to Tehran. Sadly and to my disappointment, they came back un-happy because they found multiple strands of hair in the kebab. The owner needs to address two things, hair nets/cleanliness in the kitchen and the service! he needs to stop being cheap!!!

  I ordered 2 full meal plus one kids meal and fries. When the order taker (owner) found out kids meal was for an adult , the portion sizes are huge hence kids meal order for an adult, he freaked out. So when I asked can he still give me kids meal since I have kids with me, he refused. So I asked for 3 full meals and the fries. So we ended up getting one more full meal extra plus the original orders , he gave us the kids meal anyway . What a waste, we asked for a box to take out the extra and of course paid extra . We didn't complain so as not to aggravate the owner further plus it's a restaurant, one can only complain so much since you're under their mercy not to get your food dirty . But to let readers know, the husband and wife owners have no manners. As if we are beggars and getting free food. Good food but I'd rather be treated with respect somewhere else. I ate there for two weekends in a row and both bad customer service. No thank you. Never again. Other places don't mind adults buying kids meals. It's my problem if I want smaller portion. Again, rude owners, avoid this place if you want to be treated right.

  I have been going to this restaurant for years, yesterday was the worst customer experience I had. I was placing the order and when I asked for kids meal for my 11 year old, the person at the counter looked at my child and laughed sarcastically questioning the age. I felt disrespected. He was unapologetic, very rude and asked me to leave the restaurant when I was upset with his behavior. Very disappointed I hope owners take some action about this employee. They lost a loyal customer yesterday. NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN

  Greatest service! Amazing food! I couldn't believe they had Manfas! It's the only restaurant in London that has authentic Mansaf. If you love Mansaf come here.
