  it's like any other swiss chalet.
  the only problem I had with this location is that they have no hot water in their washroom.
  I told their management and they did not give a dam. so I called the health department and the problem was solved. but temporary after few month they went back to doing the same thing. and I just give up and try going to other swiss chalet.
  I really need hot water to get the grease of my dirty hands before I eat. specially this is a hand eating food like chicken and ribs.
  their just trying to save on hot water bill I guess.

  Kids enjoy it. Daughter's favorite thing is the soup and she requests going here any time someone mentions going out to eat.

  I love the decor they rolled out into these stores a few years back, the food is consistently good, the staff at this location was excellent, and the location was perfect.

  Not coming back. We went for the 2 can dine for $14.99 on father's day weekend. We went at 4:00pm to beat the dinner rush. Boy were we ever rushed. Our waitress asked us what we wanted to drink before we had even taken our seats and looked at the menu. When I stopped her to ask for more sauce she interrupted me by asking if I would like a take home container for my chicken. She took my husband's plate after he was done and started clearing the table. She took the sauce she had just given me while clearing the table. So I asked for another one, waited 5 mins because she forgot. At this point the restaraunt started filling up so my husband and I tried to be understanding that she might just be overwhelmed. We waited more then 10 mins for our bill. Our waitress walked past us 4 times without saying a word. My husband asked her if the bill was ready, and she snapped back at him saying it's coming. She yelled over to another table and told the other customers they had to wait( they had been waiting for at least 15 mins for what they asked for). Before bringing us our bill she snapped at another waitress telling her she needed a break. When the waitress finally brought us our bill she complained about how busy it is. My husband, still trying to be understanding, replyed with, " it seems under staffed for such great great deal and fathers day weekend". Her reply was. "That's not it" and walked away. It takes a lot to piss my husband off. But she did. When I asked him what he tipped her. He said nothing, $0, nadda. He told me that it's one thing to be busy and make mistakes, everyone is human. But to be rude, snappy and make our dinning experience feel rushed and uncomfortable, that's not understandable. He also said she stunk like cigarettes, so he knew she was jonesing for a smoke. We will not be returning.
  
  On a side note. The lady beside us complained about her food being cold. And we totally watched the waitress put it in the microwave.

  Wait staff very friendly and the food is on par for the chain. But this is the most tired, beat up chalet I've ever seen. By a wide margin. Surprised they haven't been forced to update by corporate.
