  The food was just ok. Not hot but warm. The cleanliness was awful. The bathrooms disgusting. It has been a long time since the floor has been cleaned in the restaurant or the restrooms. I don't think l will return.

  Went for early supper 4 us anyway, 5.15p.m. the place looked kind of busy, after sitting twiddling our thumbs 4 at least 15 min. a server approached us with the menus, my wife ordered ice tea, and I asked just 4 a water 4 now, when our server came back with our drinks, we placed our orders, we ordered the special advertised on T.V. the 2 an dine 4 $14.99 except we had the quarter chicken breast instead of the legs, cost extra but we didn't mind, my wife had rice 4 her side, and I had the fries, so here we are shooting the breeze while waiting 4 our meals 2 arrive, others in our area who were seated after us, our getting their meals and we are still waiting 4 ours, almost 20 min. later, I finally flagged down someone and complained, about 7 min later we finally got our meals without any apology 4 the long wait, I must say though the chicken was excellent, and the portion size was nice...
  The downer was we had 2 be somewhere at a certain time, after our meal, no way can I find my server, and pardon my expression, but the others are running around like chickens with their heads cut off, I finally got up and flagged someone down with some authority, and explained I needed the check a.s.a.p. as I had 2 leave, after looking after us promptly we left, we were told that because it was the last days 4 there special, it was extra busy, no excuse as far as I'm concerned, I left a decent tip only because the food was good, but was a little disappointed with the over all dining experience, so that's why I'm giving them a 3 rating.

  Normally my family and I have a good time and great experience. Today, I can say I'm disappointed and very irratated by our time. My mom and dad ordered the chicken and ribs with a coupon they had, my boyfriend had the quarter chicken dinner and I ordered te chicken on a kaiser. When the orders came everyone had theirs but myself, and no dipping sauce. Then, when mine did show up it wasn't what I ordered it was the chicken club (lettuce, tomato, bacon, cheese, chicken) and the dipping sauce was extremely thick. After the waitress came back with my order, there was no apology and I noticed on my top there were tomato seeds; all they did was take everything off and keep the chicken. My dad then started saying his ribs were tough and so was the chicken. Both my boyfriend and my dads dinner rolls were cold in the middle and my salad had a giantic glob of caeser dressing in the middle with a mountain of cheese over it to cover it almost. During our dinner the waitress maybe came around our area twice and didnt even check in with us so couldnt even tell her what was wrong. No tip was given and we will not be going back.
