  I usually like the staff and service from here but some times they don't wipe the cups properly. Today I got a Frappuccino with no whipped cream and they didn't fill the cup. They just confirmed "no whip?" and gave it to me. Not to mention they didn't wipe the cup enough so I had to wipe it again.

  if there were minus stars that's what she would get. rude, dirty fingernails, forgot one of our coffees and got right po'd at us when we asked for it after waiting for her to serve 5 people who came after us in line. why she works anywhere is astounding. Epic hiring fail Starbucks HR
