  We took the family out last night as a treat and regretted the whole experience. There was a 40 min wait which we chose to take. However we waited over an hour to be seated. The hostess "lost" us on the list. Even after we checked twice we were still on it. We sat right in front of here and she was so busy staring at her tablet she left out the old fashioned part of using her eyes. Never occurred to her that the family sitting right in front of her was waiting so long. After waiting over the hour to be seated we assumed that it would be mentioned to management that the front had messed up and we get some better service. Nope. Waited 10 -15 minutes for a waiter to come by. Another 10 to get drinks and another 10 to take our order. Appetizer plates on our table were dirty. We realized it was still going to be another 20 -30 minutes before we received our meal. We chose to leave after telling the manager. She said she would get us a coupon. A coupon. We waited a few more minutes for her to come back out, then gave up. I appreciate it was busy, but that's their business to be busy on a Saturday evening. Very disappointing.

  Service was great, but I've never been impressed by the menu - it's the same pre-made, out-of-a-bag items that chains of this class serve everywhere in Canada (Think Kelseys/Caseys/Crabby Joe's).

  I went out with my friends for lunch, and I really enjoyed the atmosphere and food. We probably only waited for 10 min for the food, didn't take long even though they were busy. So really appreciated that. We got pad thai, chicken fingers, soup of the day, and we really enjoyed them.
