  Took an hour to get a burger and 7 wings. The burger was sent back because it was dried out and overcooked. It took another 20 minutes or so for a replacement. Our side salad was the size of the palm of my hand, about 10 pieces of lettuce.
  
  Our server came a total of 3 times. One to ask for drinks, one to ask for food and one to bring the food. The young lady waitress came to fill our water over 6x throughout our dinner.
  
  One star because the atmosphere was cozy and inviting.

  Found this place by accident when I went for a walk through London. Ever since I have been back here with my buddies, it's amazing the food is 10/10! So far everything I have tried has been fantastic.

  Just a little higher than average pricing. Did not leave hungry or unsatisfied though. Best veggie burger (lentil burger) we've tried in London so far. Update: had this reviewed as 5 stars but things seem to be deteriorating. There Friday half rack of ribs and half pound of wings special is not worth $20. 3 chicken wings and a very small half rack of ribs. (Cooked well though). Also had a pot pie there last time that was not very flavourful. Desert brownie was small and dry. Like the craft beer selections available though

  The food was less than mediocre. The location is nice. Completely understaffed waitstaff ended up tossing an entire red drink on my friend in a white shirt and opted to give us a free beverage as consolation for ruining her shirt.
  I recommend skipping this place unless you're desperate- you will end up paying more than you bargained for with the long wait times and poops later

  My wife and I visit the Byron Freehouse on a frequent basis and always have a positive experience.
  
  Pros:
  Speedy service
  The Atmosphere is the perfect blend of modern and rustic
  Main entree sizes are quite large
  Delicious food
  A diverse drink menu
  
  Cons:
  Some items are a little pricey
  A handful of the sides are tiny
  
  The pros definitely outweigh the cons at the Byron Freehouse and it will provide you with an excellent experience for either lunch or dinner. We will be returning soon!
