  Staff taking orders and no one to bag the orders. Near end of our meal things got better and it was running smoothly.

  Overall, needs improvement in customer service and food prep. Dissatisfied. Fast food in the first place isn't my rhing, but I have been served burnt French toast sticks for my grandkids numerous times and have to request correction. Also, even if no-one on line behind me at drive through, always asked to pull up front to wait... This is to show good service on the timer at window but how about actually providing the Good customer service instead of trying to pretend that you are. I refuse to pull up if no one else waiting.

  Probs the best out of all London, On locations, because if they haven't understood you they will double all, whether your order is placed at the drive-through or at the wicket inside, so when I said hold the pickles it was repeated back, no confusion just pull off to the side to enjoy your meal or if you ordered inside, because you have felt like their hadn't been an issue with the order you can sit inside to eat. Good Job staff! - Oxford Street and Mornington Avenue location team members/players.

  Severely understaffed, what staff was here had hats on sideways or backwards, slowly making our food. The lady who took my order was very nice but had to run both drive through and the front counter. Wouldn't really come back sad to say. Terrible showing today.
